Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subcontract Administrator III to
provide cradle-to-grave subcontracts support for the Health &
Civilian Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities,
including proposal support, negotiations, and subcontract
administration
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for competitions,
negotiations, and managing subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and
applicable laws while monitoring supplier performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) and
federal subcontracting regulations
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP
