A company is looking for an Underwriter, Wholesale, Specialty
Products.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite loans according to company and investor guidelines
Perform thorough analysis of collateral and ensure compliance with
investor guidelines
Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding
issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
Experience underwriting Non Agency or Non QM loans
DU and LP experience required
Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
