Job Description:
A company is looking for an AdTech Support Specialist to join
their remote team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 technical issues related to ad
delivery and performance
Collaborate with internal teams to drive technical issue resolution
and provide hands-on support for ad server configuration
Manage support tickets and develop documentation for best practices
and troubleshooting procedures
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in ad operations or technical support within
the digital advertising ecosystem
Hands-on experience with ad servers and troubleshooting VAST,
SCTE-35, and RTB protocols
Familiarity with SSP and DSP platforms and their workflows
Ability to perform SQL queries or basic scripting for data
analysis
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
