Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Supervisor
responsible for overseeing the Loss Mitigation department and
ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises daily operations of the Loss Mitigation department and
ensures compliance with policies and regulations
Reviews loss mitigation transactions for accuracy and consistency,
and identifies trends for process improvements
Conducts performance evaluations, training, and coaching for staff
to meet production and service goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in a Collections/Loss Mitigation
role, preferably in Financial Services
Knowledge of State, Federal, CFPB, Investor, and PMI guidelines
related to loan modifications and short sales
Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and
governmental regulations
Experience in managing staff and conducting performance
evaluations
