Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound phone contacts, addressing compliance

Conduct thorough investigations of member accounts to ensure
adherence to established policies
Maintain performance standards including customer satisfaction and
compliance metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce software
applications
Ability to maintain resilience while delivering difficult messages
to customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Commitment to adhering to internal policies and regulatory
compliance
