Job Description:
A company is looking for an SMS Chat QA Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Create testing strategies and plans for sprints
Train and delegate tasks to QA testers while troubleshooting
issues
Identify, request, and validate test data for Chat/SMS testing
Required Qualifications
Experience working in an Agile framework
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage QA teams
Proficiency in Chat/SMS testing and related methodologies
Familiarity with AWS services and test management tools
Experience writing and executing test cases in TOSCA & Cyara
