Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to
manage the in-house tax function for an international technology
company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance for federal and state income tax, sales and
use tax, and property tax returns
Supervise foreign compliance and prepare ASC 740 tax provisions
Establish relationships with departments and support tax matters
related to business expansion and mergers
Qualifications
CPA required, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related
field; MBT preferred
7+ years of experience in tax roles with increasing
responsibility
Previous private industry tax experience preferred, along with
public accounting experience
Experience in automated financial reporting environments
Advanced Excel skills; Oracle knowledge is a plus
