Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Senior Manager
responsible for delivering core compensation initiatives and
managing compensation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads compensation design and options for various compensation
types
Directs analysis of data to support business results and
compensation practices
Manages client relationships to institutionalize compensation
philosophies and practices
Required Qualifications:
4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
10 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Experience in developing compensation structures and incentive
plans
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data for trend
analysis
Experience in stakeholder consultation and influencing business
leaders
