Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, manage,
and coordinate project activities to achieve goals within time and
budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews project proposals to determine requirements and allocates
resources accordingly
Establishes work plans and oversees project personnel to ensure
timely deliverables
Prepares project reports and ensures compliance with contract
requirements and organizational protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with three years of direct project management
experience; Master's preferred
RN license preferred
Active PMP, CPHQ, CPHM, or CCM certifications are desirable
Demonstrated superior management skills and ability to complete
projects
Knowledge of project management tools and software
