Position Highlights:

Title: Tax Senior
Location: Fully onsite in Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday to Friday - No weekends, flexible hours!
Compensation: $80K to $100K - +/- BOE + Bonus Opportunities

Role Overview:

As a Tax Senior, you'll oversee critical aspects of financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting while supporting the team in providing superior service to our exclusive clientele. This role offers the chance to grow within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review financial records and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple client accounts.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and meet deadlines.
Support tax compliance efforts, including review of key documents and deliverables.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff to foster professional development.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure policy adherence and procedural improvements.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation in client services.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
CPA or equivalent designation (or actively pursuing).
5+ years of experience in financial or tax-related roles.
Strong familiarity with industry software, including accounting platforms and Excel.
Experience in HNWI services, family office, or business management settings is a plus.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
