A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Learning and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish strategic plans and objectives for the Learning &
Development function
Build and lead a skilled team, aligning business requirements to
learning objectives
Research and recommend new technologies and solutions in learning
and development
Required Qualifications
15 years of professional experience in Learning, Manager
Development, or Organizational Development
5 years of experience managing a team of learning professionals
Prior experience with Coaching, Mentoring, and leadership
frameworks in a global organization
Expertise in curriculum design and knowledge of Adult Learning
Principles
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related
field is preferred
