Position Highlights:

Title: Tax Manager
Location: Fully onsite in Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday to Friday - No weekends, flexible hours!
Compensation: $125K +/- BOE + Bonus Opportunities

Role Overview:

As a Tax Manager, you'll oversee critical tax functions, provide guidance to your team, and work directly with an exclusive clientele. This is a unique opportunity to balance professional impact with exceptional work-life harmony.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the preparation of diverse tax filings across multiple client types.
Support clients with international tax compliance and planning.
Monitor and ensure accurate tax payments and projections.
Handle tax-related inquiries, audits, and compliance matters.
Guide team members on best practices and maintain process efficiency.
Assist with business entity setup and closure, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Stay current with evolving tax regulations and implement necessary updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA required).
7+ years of experience in tax practice, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and advanced tax software.
Experience in business management or financial services for high-net-worth clients is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
