Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure customer
satisfaction and account health
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers
while serving as a point of escalation
Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and
improve team processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role
2+ years of management experience with a focus on team growth and
performance
Expertise in account management and customer success best
practices
Ruthless prioritization and time management skills
Bonus: 1+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, or Insurance
Brokerage
