A company is looking for a Sr Customer Success Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Create and coordinate key reporting for the Customer Success
leadership team
Develop and implement lifecycle processes, policies, and metrics to
support customer outcomes and business growth
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to
drive significant growth
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience within or supporting Customer Success teams
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data analysis and
BI tools
Experience using Customer Success Management Systems and digital
marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple
projects
Ability to work in a remote environment across varying time
zones
