Health.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analytics department in delivering reports, dashboards,
and data-driven insights
Analyze financial and utilization trends to provide actionable
insights for clinicians and management
Integrate data from multiple sources and develop predictive models
to optimize performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a
related field
5-10 years of experience in data analytics or business
intelligence, preferably in healthcare
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization
software
Familiarity with Epic applications and database structures,
including financial and clinical data
