This salary position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Sunday from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Here's what you'll need to succeed:Qualifications:A high school diploma and at least 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Excellent communication and time management abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies.Ability to assemble and direct a successful team.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Drive, and Android devices.Commitment to Spartan's Core Values and a safety-first mindset.Physical Requirements:Frequent standing, kneeling, and walking Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs.
