Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technician, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Documents and maintains all employee accounts providing access to
PHI on a master tracking log
Provides one-on-one training and guidance to employees for
self-registration of new payer accounts
Assists staff with access issues related to specified managed
accounts and creates guide documentation for self-registered
accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience with payer and patient systems
High school diploma or GED
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of payer and patient systems
