Job Description:
The Client Services Manager?s main realm of responsibility will
be the complete management and facilitation of the client
experience. They will be working closely with the two managing
partners who are responsible for all business development and
growth of the firm. The duties of the CSM will include all aspects
of the client life cycle from coordinating and scheduling of
meetings with all involved parties, preparing all meeting
materials, conducting all follow up tasks including the completion
and the obtaining of signatures on all financial documents as well
as all background work necessary in obtaining financial
documents/information and any necessary vendor requirements.
This position will be reporting to the two managing partners of the
firm and will be sharing in some of the general administrative
office duties of the firm as needed.
Skills Requirements:
? Must possess the ability to develop client relationships
? Demonstrated project management skills in a client relations
capacity with a strong follow through ability
? Must have past experience in the financial services arena and
literate in various aspects of insurance and investments especially
as it relates to applications/forms and overall workings of the
industry.
? Demonstrated ability to recognize possible areas of improvement
in work flow, create new processes and then follow through with
established processes
? Must possess great communication skills, computer skills and must
be coachable.
