Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subcontracts Lead to manage
subcontracts for its Public Safety and Professional Communications
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Subcontract acquisition process from proposal to
execution, ensuring compliance with regulations
Draft, issue, and negotiate various contract vehicles, including
RFPs and Subcontracts
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to
achieve program and corporate goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of related contracting
experience, or a Graduate degree with a minimum of 12 years of
related experience
Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations
Familiarity with various contract types such as FFP, FPIF, and
Cost-Plus
Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting
Ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
