A company is looking for a Retiree Support Specialist -
Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls from retirees and respond to inquiries about the
bank's products and services
Perform administrative and data entry tasks
Research and resolve inquiries, communicating resolutions to
appropriate parties
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Experience in a client servicing environment, ideally with
back-to-back phone calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to work with an older population, demonstrating patience
and understanding
Must pass a security background check
