Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Advisor,
Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop cross-functional knowledge and partner with various teams
to drive strategic roadmaps for customers
Inspect customer adoption issues and implement plans to enhance
adoption health
Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders
and monitor adoption health across accounts
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account
Management, or related customer-facing roles
Experience in the Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS space is
preferred
Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with
C-Suite and other high-level contacts
Strong understanding of IT Security, IT Operations, and Application
Portfolio Management practices
Experience in managing customer renewals and identifying expansion
opportunities
