Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Support Representative to
provide support to Retail Field Teams and internal employees in a
call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate solutions to various
project-related issues
Document calls in a call center database and maintain knowledge of
retail store procedures
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and
assist with escalations
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent experience in customer service or
call center support
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and call center
databases
Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment
Bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
