Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admission Service Representative I
to process applications and assist applicants through the
admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Process applications in the administrative computing system and
prepare files for evaluation
Provide support and assistance to applicants and university staff
regarding admissions policies and procedures
Assist in the development and training of university staff and
maintain regular communication with enrollment coaches
Required Qualifications
Experience working in an Admission or Registrar office in a Higher
Education Institution or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of administrative computing and document imaging
systems
Ability to perform accurate data entry and prioritize tasks
effectively
Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
Knowledge of admission policies and procedures
