Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network
Specialist to manage provider data and support claims
processing.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for
state reporting and claims payment
Research and resolve provider-related issues and demographic
changes
Facilitate provider education and orientations, and maintain
provider directories
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in claims processing, billing, and/or coding is
preferred
Three years of experience in a managed care environment or
healthcare organization
Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
