A company is looking for a Matchmaking Operations Specialist to join their matchmaking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client experiences
Recruit, train, and manage matchmakers to ensure quality service delivery
Monitor matchmaker performance and utilize data for process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Experience in the matchmaking industry
Proven experience in operations roles
Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
