Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Prep Cook to join our team at FISD - Berkshire School. As a Prep Cook, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food service is provided to our customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions, meeting production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service, responsible for records from the area worked during service periods.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed, and assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required, and report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
