--- Execute a proven business model to consistently outperform

Responsibilities:
--- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in
homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
--- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create
new business
--- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property
listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service
ratings
--- Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to
closing
--- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to
convert them into new business and schedule listing
appointments
Core Responsibilities
--- Business Development: Expand your market presence, generating

--- Strategic Leadership: Execute business plans with precision,

Qualifications:
--- Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication
skills
--- One year of work experience in real estate
--- Has a real estate license
--- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can
accurately conduct market research
--- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and
marketing/lead technologies
