RESPONSIBILITIES: Mother-Baby RNs consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients---, both mother and infant, care plans. Mother-Baby RNs monitor the bonding between mother and infant and provide mothers with breastfeeding tips.
