Tennessee.Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
--- Provides nursing care and procedures according to physician's
orders and nursing protocol.
--- Administers medication according to the physician's orders and
protocol.
--- Evaluates possible side effects and the overall effectiveness
of medication.
--- Performs BLS (Basic Life Support), CPR (cardiopulmonary
resuscitation), and other emergency responses.
--- Participates in emergency response setting.
--- Mental Health monitoring.
--- Supervises the application of nursing techniques required in
care and treatment of patients.
--- Advises subordinate staff in policies and procedures.
--- Observes employees as they perform tasks to ensure efficiency
in work activities.
License/Certification
--- RN License for State of TN
