- RN Telemetry I position at Ascension Health
- Located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee
- Contract length: 13 weeks
  - Job Requirements
  - Current RN license in Tennessee
  - BLS certification required
  - ACLS certification required
  - Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
  - License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start
  - Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination for Hepatitis B
  - Documentation of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
  - Fit Test required prior to start
  - Documentation of Varicella vaccination or immunity
  - Tdap vaccination required
  - 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required
    - Additional Details
    - Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required
    - Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025, exemptions accepted but masks required
    - Ascension Influenza Vaccine Exemption/Declination must be provided if applicable
