Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Case Manager to
process annuity applications and ensure compliance with contractual
and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact and Subject Matter Expert for pending
annuity business
Review applications for accuracy and assist brokers with document
submissions
Process transactions and handle inquiries from brokerage advisors
to resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in Life Insurance Case Management
Proven experience in Life Insurance servicing and Case Management
processing
Ability to think critically and prioritize multiple tasks
effectively
Positive and collaborative mindset with a strong service
aptitude
