Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Account Manager - PMO
Director to oversee PMO transformation initiatives and manage key
customer accounts in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee governance of key customer accounts and ensure successful
project delivery
Manage project escalations and collaborate with project management
teams for effective outcomes
Lead PMO transformation initiatives, develop tools and processes,
and monitor best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Project Director and/or PMO Director
in the software industry
Proven track record of successful large software implementations
with budgets over $1M
Experience in PMO transformation initiatives
PMP Certification preferred; knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a
plus
Familiarity with agile project methodologies and a proactive,
organized approach
