Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Internal
Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Refine and execute the internal communications strategy to ensure
consistent and impactful messaging
Partner with senior leadership to create effective communication
strategies and drive employee engagement initiatives
Lead communication efforts during company changes and manage
internal communication channels for effective message
distribution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations,
Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in internal communications within a global
company
Leadership experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
is preferred
Proven track record of developing and executing internal
communications strategies in fast-paced environments
Experience working with diverse teams and understanding global
communication nuances
