Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing software engineering team
Ensure high-quality code implementation and support for software
engineering standards
Engage in strategic thinking, goal setting, and provide technical
mentorship to team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related field
7+ years of professional software development experience, including
2+ years in a leadership role
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and designing Restful
APIs
Expertise in microservice architecture and Salesforce
configuration
Experience working on a Scrum team and participating in Agile
ceremonies
