Direct Hire opportunity for a Sales Manager on the West Coast
(California, Oregon, Washington area)
The position requires a strategic, results-driven professional with
a deep understanding of the coffee machines industry, capable of
identifying opportunities, developing effective sales plans, and
representing the company's commitment to quality, innovation, and
customer satisfaction
As a Sales Manager you will:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and
market share targets across the West Coast region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors,
resellers, and key accounts in the HoReCa( hotel, restaurant,
caf--), specialty coffee, and foodservice sectors
Conduct regular sales visits to strengthen relationships and
provide product training and support to partners and customers
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer
satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate and close contracts, pricing agreements, and
partnerships
Monitor client performance and provide tailored solutions to drive
their success
Collaborate with the HQ marketing team to promote and enhance their
presence at regional events, trade shows, and industry
conferences
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and
emerging trends, to inform sales strategies and product
positioning
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
Ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred but not mandatory)
5+ years of proven sales experience in the coffee industry or
related sectors (food service equipment, hospitality, HoReCa)
Strong knowledge of the specialty and coffee machines industry and
familiarity with professional espresso machines
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building
skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales
plans
Highly organized and results-oriented with strong problem-solving
abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the West Coast region and
occasionally internationally
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for coffee
and quality equipment
Strong team player capable of working in a collaborative,
fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
