Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager
responsible for establishing strategic client partner relationships
to generate customers for an online and call center-based national
insurance agency.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential business partners and initiate contacts using
sales and CRM tools
Create and tailor pitch presentations for senior executives of
prospective partners
Document initial partner customer journeys and coordinate resources
with marketing and account management teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years of direct experience in Business Development
Bachelor's degree required
Experience presenting to C-level executives at large
organizations
Active P&C Resident State License preferred or ability to
obtain within six months of hire
Working knowledge of sales CRM software such as HubSpot or
Salesforce
