A company is looking for a Director, Sales Compensation Strategy
& Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement incentive compensation plans that align with
company strategy
Analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans and recommend
adjustments as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead day-to-day
compensation operations
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in high growth tech companies or
management consulting
3+ years of experience leading high performing teams
Functional experience in Sales/incentive compensation, RevOps, or
FP&A
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analyses
Proven track record of leading and developing high performing
teams
