Together, we're not just preserving and restoring structures-we're building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all phases of concrete construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient progress.Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Prepare and adhere to project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal construction regulations.Lead project meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and align on objectives.Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.Oversee and ensure the quality of concrete mixes and placement techniques.Supervise and mentor project team members, including foremen and laborers.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities and changes.Facilitate final inspections and ensure successful project completion and handover.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in the concrete or construction industryProven track record of managing complex concrete projects from inception to completionStrong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similarAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyKnowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial managementExperience in contract negotiation and vendor managementFamiliarity with safety standards and risk management practicesValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as neededEqual Opportunity EmployerHGC Group of Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and will not discriminate due to race, color, creed, age, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, veteran status or military status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code.
