California Licensed Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers and manage onboarding for new locations
Track and monitor customer account status, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for growth
Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and assist in developing solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with project management and/or CRM software
Ability to multitask and manage multiple key accounts
Strong negotiation skills and experience in the fitness industry is a plus
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Asana and Salesforce is a plus
