Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product for the Maternity
Program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the member experience and advocate
for their needs
Maintain and consolidate the roadmap for the Maternity Program,
ensuring alignment with company goals
Drive cross-functional collaboration and serve as the Directly
Responsible Individual (DRI) for the program
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management
Strong empathy for member journeys and a passion for improving
family health outcomes
Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills
Proven ability to manage roadmaps and track cross-functional
dependencies
Experience leading discussions with clinical teams or
stakeholders
