Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards to
lead its compensation and benefits strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Redesign and implement a compensation strategy aligned with
business objectives and high-performance culture
Lead the design and administration of executive compensation
programs and ensure compliance
Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings while ensuring compliance
with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in
compensation and 5 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of executive compensation, equity structures, and
benefits optimization
Experience with the transition from private to public companies,
including SEC compliance
Proven track record of designing scalable total rewards strategies
that support business goals
Ability to lead and develop a team of professionals while fostering
collaboration and innovation
