Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Finance to provide strategic
financial leadership and operational expertise during its growth
phase.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the company toward a predictable financial model and drive
improvements in pricing and operational decision-making
Develop financial models to inform strategic decisions and
collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven
insights
Lead the finance team, ensuring operational excellence in
accounting, reporting, and budget management
Required Qualifications
7+ years in finance roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership
position
Experience in a scaling SaaS or startup company with 75-1000
employees
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting, with strong Excel
expertise
Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team
Familiarity with investor relations and board-level reporting is a
plus; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
