A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Independent
Agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company
goals and exceed quotas
Coach, empower, and engage a team of 10-15 Sales Agents
Provide data reporting and analysis of team and individual sales
performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience
2+ years of managing Sales Agents in the Agency environment
Possession of a Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines
(PL) license
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Proficiency with sales software (CRM) and reporting tools
