Ideal candidate should have a solid background in electrical engineering, along with 2 to 7 years of experience in testing, commissioning, and servicing capital equipment. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and providing exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities:

Testing of Capital Equipment: Conduct rigorous testing of electrical capital equipment, ensuring that all results adhere to specified standards and meet customer requirements.
Service and Maintenance: Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during equipment testing or usage. Perform servicing and maintenance on key parts to ensure optimum performance and longevity.
Panel Inspection and Testing: Proficiently inspect and test electrical panels to guarantee their quality, safety, and functionality.
Commissioning: Participate in the commissioning process of capital equipment at customer sites, ensuring a successful and efficient setup.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to electrical equipment.
Travel: Be willing to travel to customer sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, as required.
SAP and CRM Knowledge: Utilize SAP and CRM systems efficiently to manage customer interactions, track service requests, and maintain comprehensive records.
Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & Control Devices, Motor, Panel, and Hydraulics: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components and systems.



Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical).
Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, and servicing electrical capital equipment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & Control Devices, Motor, Panel, and hydraulics systems.
Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across India for on-site support and project implementation.
SAP and CRM Familiarity: Knowledge and experience in utilizing SAP and CRM systems for managing customer interactions and service requests.
