This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including private equity investors.Key Responsibilities
    • Develops and implements the company's financial strategy, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and aligning with business objectives and investor expectations.
    • Prepares accurate financial statements and provides comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management and private equity investors.
    • Establishes and maintains robust financial controls, manages external audits, and advises on financial components of contracts to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
    • Identifies and mitigates financial risks through proactive strategies, including hedging risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodity prices.
    • Leads and mentors the finance and accounting team, fosters a high-performance culture, and builds strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:
      • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.Experience:
        • A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in finance including 10+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a private equity environment.
        • Requirement of 10+ years of Operations experience.Licenses/Certifications:
